Ever wonder how things get spread around so fast or maybe just how to spread something around that you've found. Well there's a site that's based on that. It's called Stumbleupon.com and it's nothing that hasn't been on our radar for a while. I actually have had it for years as a Firefox plugin, but just realized that I hadn't actually written about it.

Stumbleupon lets users submit links that they like to a global catalogue that people can browse through. The firefox plugin allows you to just hit "stumble" and it will randomly load a site based on criteria you've set. The great feature is that you can actually judge the content by giving it a thumbs up or down. For those of you that have been using Digg.com you'll notice that their toolbar pretty much copied stumbleupon verbatim.

The site is one of those great places to go when you're just plain tapped for inspiration. Once there you're sure to find a wealth of random places to get lost online. And that's never a bad thing.

Take a moment to figure out what makes the site interesting and then think of ways to apply those ideas to your work. It's not often that you can find something that will inspire you the same way twice.

The implications of using the stumbleupon plugin for your site and it's content can also turn over web hits. You can add it to any of your pages with ease and give your users the opportunity to interact.

As far as learning goes, the education you can learn from simply browsing the health section is definitely worth a surf. Now, it is the internet so you can't believe everything you read, but it can at least give you an idea of what everyone else is talking about.

Check out the site when you get a chance. Submit our site if you'd like!
